Zipmerce is a gamified engagement platform designed for users to play quick games and earn rewards at partner stalls. Our platform is strictly for gaming and engagement. We do not facilitate payments, UPI transfers, or financial transactions. Any QR code provided by Zipmerce is for gaming purposes only.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Use the platform fairly without cheating, using bots, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Respect "one account per person" rules for fair competition on leaderboards.

4. Rewards and Prizes

Rewards are offered by our independent stall partners. Zipmerce facilitates the tracking of scores but is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or legality of rewards provided by partners. Reward eligibility is determined by daily leaderboard rankings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zipmerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the redemption of rewards at partner stalls.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zipmerce platform, including logos, designs, and game mechanics, is the property of Zipmerce and protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
